Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Returns may be accepted only if the product is returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original retail packaging with all accessories included. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@beautyoutletco.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Products that are damaged, used, incomplete, or not returned in their original retail packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returned items must still be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
