SECTION 6 - RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Returns may only be accepted at the sole discretion of BeautyOutletco and only if:

the item is unused
unopened
in perfect condition
in its original sealed retail packaging
includes all accessories, manuals, tags, and protective materials

Beauty products, personal care products, opened products, used products, sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are fully responsible for:

insurance

brokerage fees
duties
all associated return expenses

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

BeautyOutletco is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

Once the item has been received and inspected, BeautyOutletco may approve or reject the refund request at its sole discretion.
